Bakers Lodge

The room was amazing. A really Big space & the bathroom was too. Very clean. Rooms were clean & tidied up every second day, staff were very respectful of personal items. The location was good too, we were only a 20-30min drive from most places that we wanted to goo, the area is very busy during the day, but still easy to navigate. Also outside smells amazing with all the different restaurants close by cooking

Pleasant suprise once you open the door to the hallway on level 1. Hallways and Room were super clean and comfortable. Love all the little nature themed design elements. Well equipped. Location- easy walking distance to restaurants and shops, huge room and bathroom, there was more than enough space for the four of us in the room with 2x queen and 1 single. Excellent customer service.

Wheelchair and disability friendly. Excellent check in process and staff are so kind and friendly. When we asked for anything they responded quickly. The rooms are so spacious and have great big windows for natural light. My room had plenty of storage space, the bed was comfy and the room was soundproofed, which was good as the lodge is on a busy street. My parents and I had a fantastic stay

The first experience with the staff was bad. When I called to ask about the late check in instructions I was told I didn’t have a booking and they were fully booked even though I had booked weeks before and had been massaging them back and forth. However everything after that worked well I got a call back, quick email with accurate check in instructions, room was nice, clean, warm and comfortable. I would stay again.

It was very clean and we did not expect that there was extra room service. We were surprised and happy that our room was cleaned and we were provided new towels and toiletries. There was also Netflix and Wifi was strong. It was also not too noisy around the neighbourhood and parking was free and not by the main road which was safe enough. Security system is also modern and has camera’s on the hallway. Location was great at it was near the mall. It was also nice and warm and dont really need the heatpump most of the time. Shower was clean and spacious and water pressure was strong. Price was affordable and exceeded our expectation. Staff was also very kind and professional and was kind enough to wait before closing time. Check out time is also reasonable and we did not have to rush. So far the best motel we stayed at.
